Job location: Remote, EMEA time zone
Industry: GameDev (PC and Console)
Role type: Proactive Business Development, attracting new games for publishing
Salary: fixed, up to 4000 Euro per month gross
Languages needed: English, Russian
The company:
Rather young PC & Console games publishing company that was founded a bit less than a year ago by a team of GameDev industry veterans with huge experience.  The company is funded by investors and has budgets as for own growth and expansion as well as for funding teams of game developers that the company attracts for publishing.
The team:
Right now there are about 30 team members in the company who are based in different locations. The major language of communication within the team is Russian. That’s why we are looking for a new team member that speaks both English and Russian languages.
Business Development activities until this moment has been done by the Head of Business Development. We are looking for the second person to join his team.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships with game developers;
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers and other key stakeholders in the gaming industry.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the PC gaming industry;
  • Wide network of contacts with game developers and key stakeholders;
  • Passion for games;
  • Experience in searching for and closing deals with other studios;
  • Proficiency in English language;
  • Communication and management skills, ability to be proactive;
  • Experience in sourcing and establishing connections with people you have never been in touch with before;
  • Preferable location – somewhere in Europe. Unfortunately currently we don’t consider candidates that are based in Russia and Belarus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Game Portfolio Growth;
  • Company Revenue Growth.
