Initially I was not an HR professional. I was a sales professional with a good business education that worked in B2B sales, sales management and sales consulting. I decided to open a specialized recruitment agency that will focus on the sales niche after years of experience in sales, business development and account management.
I had worked both in well-established enterprises and in fast-growing tech startups when I saw the need in such a “sales partner” that would help startups to build and scales their sales departments, international businesses enter new geographical markets by hiring foreign sales professionals with local knowledge and well-established companies easily find highly-skilled and experienced professionals into their sales departments. And all that is actually what we do know.
I have started my sales-recruitment business in 2012 and since then have gained unique experience, knowledge and “know-hows” related to how find great sales professionals and bring them into a company.
