Me as a professional
I work as an International Cross-Border Recruiter, helping businesses build high-performing and cost-effective remote teams by hiring exceptional talent from Eastern Europe.Ā I’ve started my recruitment activities already 13 years ago – in 2012. And all the time I was focused on finding and hiring employees in Eastern Europe, mainly for the Tech & Digital industry.
Most of the time I worked on a 360 Full Stack Freelance basis with SMBs (small and medium-sized businesses) and Tech startups. I usually handle everything by myself – communication with an employer, sourcing for candidates, interviewing and selecting a pool of candidates, managing the process of interviewing and selecting final candidates by the employer.

Being Eastern-European by myself, having lived in several Eastern-European countries full-time and having explored all of them as a tourist I know the local regional labor market very well, understand financial and legal aspects of hiring locals on a remote basis and of course I understand the local mentality and speak several Eastern-European languages.
Just imagine – I’m originally Russian, who has also lived in Ukraine, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Bosnia & Hercegovina and now living in Serbia. My wife is Bulgarian who was born and grew up in Moldova. What a mixture of the background and the regional knowledge! š
