Hi! I’m Pavel Savinkin – Freelance Recruiter on demand and Talent Acquisition Consultant

I’m Pavel Savinkin – professional Recruiter, active traveler, digital nomad and just nice-to-talk person.

I work as a “Recruiter on demand” – that means that I collaborate with different employers and help them find and hire talents with the best match.

I have been doing recruitment starting from 2012 and since then I have helped a significant number of companies to find and hire talents and scale their businesses. I’ve collaborated with companies from different industries and countries and accomplished many international hiring projects that included either remote cross-border employment or relocation.

I’m Eastern-European by myself and my main sourcing region where I get talents is Eastern Europe (actually Eastern + Central Europe and Balkan region). I also deal with brilliant talents from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine who had to leave their countries due to the situation and live somewhere else.

As for me – I have unique life-experience and have lived in 11 different countries. In some of them on a long-term basis, in others – more as a digital nomad. These countries are: Serbia, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Bosnia and Hercegovina, North Macedonia, Turkey. I studied 8 different languages, 6 of which I actively use now.

I have Slavic background but a big fan of Scandinavian countries, way of life, nature and even weather. Yes the weather 🙂 My favorite sport is cross-country skies and I can’t imagine winter winters without snow and skiing at nature and summers without swimming in lakes.

  • Large pool of different talents (tech, digital marketing, data, sales, customer support and etc.) that got used to work remotely or ready for relocation
  • Lower total hiring budget for an employer (salary + taxes together in case of hiring remotely)
  • Good English – average level of English among young professionals in Eastern Europe is often higher than among their peers in many Western European countries
  • European cultural code and work ethics
  • Time zone – easy to synchronize and collaborate with you new remote employees
  • Low travel time – you can easily reach your remote team in an Eastern-European country within 2 hours flight
  • Opportunity to build a fully-operated back-office. Eastern Europe and Balkans has started to be a popular location for Western companies to open their back offices
