Hi! I’m Pavel Savinkin – Recruiter and Founder of our niche recruitment agency TigerTalents. We focus on Data, Analytics & ML roles and help companies and Data professionals find each other.

I have been working within the Tech industry for more than 10 years already. Of which 7 years – as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition specialist.

It was a long professional journey with hiring across the Tech industry and collaborating with many companies that finally brought my focus on the cutting edge, evolving and very interesting Data sphere.

While I was collaborating with companies as a Tech Industry Recruiter I had more and more positions that were related to Data. This field grabed my attention and interest, I started to discover it more and more and finally decided to open a specialized recruitment agency that would be specifically focused on hiring professionals related to Data sphere. That’s how the idea of TigerTalents was born.

At the moment I work as a Freelance Recruiter using “TigerTalents” as a brand name for my recruitment services 🙂 Probably, soon we will be a team of recruiters and will become a “classic recruitment agency”.

Business approach when dealing with positions

When I/we deal with positions we use business approach to hiring. That means that I do not just look at the job descriptions with a list of must have skills and background for candidates, but I try to understand business of an employer, the place of a searched employee within the business and in a department. I give my thoughts and suggestions to hiring and HR teams when I see that “must have” list is too big and it is almost impossible to find a person that fits it and is ready to join the company.

All in all – I try to solve business needs of our employers, not just to source piles of candidates.
